Property Management in Krakow

PKG real estate offers a comprehensive property management service in Krakow aim towards taking the work and worries out of owning a property in Krakow.

The service in only currently available for city centre/old town locations for selected apartments.

The terms of PKG’s property management services are as follows

Fee for property management = 10 % + VAT of the monthly rent of the property

  • Co-operation & liaison with building administrator and passing information to the landlord
  • Answering queries from tenants with regards to their apartment, bills and the maintenance upkeep issues.
  • Answering queries from landlord with regards to their apartment, bills and the maintenance and upkeep issues.
  • Organizing maintenance of apartments and repairs and charging accordingly to the appropriate parties – PKG employs a full time maintenance man who can deal with minor issues, however, more significant maintenance may have to be contracted.
  • Summarization of administration meetings to the property owner.
  • Checking the apartment and inventory when tenants move in and move out.
  • 24 hr emergency line to tenants in case of an emergency.
  • Full time staff dedicated to Property Management offering efficient and timely communication.

Property Management if property is empty.

A flat fee will be charged in order to keep the property up and running. This fee will be negotiable depending on the work involved but will typically be between 150 to 250 pln/month.
