The position offers the chance to progress within the Hamilton Group of company and in fact many of our successful Agents Assistants have progressed into senior positions in the company.


Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Senior Agents in their daily duties
  • Conducting viewings of the apartments
  • Handing over and picking up apartments and preparing inventory lists
  • Signing representation agreements
  • Taking care of work tools and office equipment
  • Cooperation with the marketing department and the administrative department
  • Performing other tasks ordered by the Senior Agents and Manager
