The construction of the building is ceramic and reinforced concrete, while the finish is white plaster, natural larch, aluminum joinery, red tile, titanium-zinc flashing and concrete terraces. Windows used in the home provide good insulation. On the ground floor of the house there is a day zone (living room, kitchen, dining room), office, bedroom and technical rooms (laundry room, boiler room).
