Shops and retail spaces for sale in Krakow, Poland.
Retail space in Krakow can be divided into several categories with large variations in rental prices. High prices can be justified on streets such as ul. Florianska, ul. Grodzka and ul. Szewska due to the huge footfall, and vacancies are both rare and quickly snapped up. Shops located in the courtyards off these main streets are generally cheaper, as are spaces on higher floors and in basements.

In the last five years, two large shopping centres have opened in central Krakow. Galeria Krakowska, with 60000m2 of retail space, is located in a prime location next to the central train station (Dworzec Główny), whilst the smaller Galeria Kazimierz, next to the Wisła River and the Jewish district, boasts 36000m2 of shopping. Slightly cheaper than the central streets described above.

Other popular retail strips in the centre of Krakow include ul. Karmelicka, ul. Długa, ul. Starowiślna and ul. Kalwaryjska across the river in Podgórze.
