8% Finders fee (paid on a monthly basis as long as the 'found' tenant continues to rent in the property).
Finders fee includes.
- Advertisement of the property in local real estate magazines and website.
- Professional photographs of the property.
- Viewings of the property with prospective tenants.
- Arrangement signing of lease agreements with tenants and landlord
- Arrangement of inventory for apartment on signing of lease agreement.
- Arranging for lease agreement to be translated where necessary (the cost will be footed by the landlord).
10 % For Property Management which includes
- Co-operation & liaison with building administrator and passing information to the landlord
- Answering queries from tenants with regards to their apartment, bills and the maintenance upkeep issues.
- Answering queries from landlord with regards to their apartment, bills and the maintenance and upkeep issues.
- Organising maintenance of apartments and repairs and charging accordingly to the appropriate parties.
- Representation of landlord at administration meetings and passing of essential information to landlords.
- Checking the apartment and inventory when tenants move in and move out.
Property Management if property is empty.
A flat fee will be charged in order to keep the property up and running. This fee will be negotiable depending on the work involved but will typically be between 150 to 250 pln/month.
