The development combines architectural simplicity with the use of modern high-standard materials and will comprise seventeen apartments, one commercial space and twelve covered off-street parking spaces. The apartments range in size from 34m2 (one-bedroom) to 84m2 (three-bedroom).
Prices start from 9500 PLN (up to 11000 PLN) per m2 including 7% VAT.
The developer has a valid construction permit, and work is expected to start shortly, with completion in the autumn of 2009.

• Apartments can be reserved for 10000 PLN.
• 15% of the sales price payable upon signing a preliminary sales agreement (less the reservation deposit).
