The voivodships and sub-regions were assessed in terms of the state of the development of their economic and social infrastructures, the availability of workers and the activities undertaken by the voivodships to seek investors. The results of the report only differ slightly different from last year's report.
The general assessment for attractiveness put the voivodship of Slask in first place (out of 16 Polish voivodships). This ranking was reflected by the positive rating of resources and the labour costs, commercial outlets, the economic and social infrastructure, the state of the roads and the activities of the voivodship in gaining new investors.
